Over the past couple of years, the positive changes in company culture have been incredible. Leadership does a great job including every level of staff when communicating updates, and it really feels like a big family, now. The new location is a great fit, reflecting leadership's care of staff and nurturing a collaboration environment. Work-life balance is always challenging -- When you LOVE what to do, it can be easy to go overboard, but that is a personal balance to keep.

Some internal technology systems are still catching up to the speed of our growth, but it's improving. Fast-paced changes can also be challenging, but communication has greatly improved, which helps us know what's coming next and feel best prepared.

The mission is real here. ComPsych sits at the intersection of behavioral health and workforce wellbeing, and that purpose comes through in the daily work in a way that isn't just marketing language. If you care about the EAP space and the impact it has on employees around the world, this is a place where that matters. The people are a genuine standout. Growth within the organization can feel inconsistent. There are opportunities, but they are not always visible or equitably communicated, and career pathing can vary significantly depending on your manager and team. Internal processes and cross-functional coordination can be slower than the pace of the business demands. As the company continues to grow globally, investment in infrastructure and process alignment would go a long way.
