      Some committed staff work/have worked there

      Inconvénients

      This is the worst employment experience I have had. It is an incredibly toxic environment. The owner is a bully and is driven only by the bottom line. They tends to hire young and inexperienced staff. They do not provide training or support and take advantage of staff. Very, very high staff turnover rate. They forced clinical staff to work up to 12 hour a day seeing patients. I can't imagine they will survive. Just awful.

      Avantages

      I work with some of the most dedicated, compassionate and helpful people I've ever known. There is such a strong comradery and team work ethic that makes coming to work and seeing your peers a big highlight of the day. The services we provide and knowing we're making a huge difference in the community makes working at Column Health so rewarding. They notice and appreciate hard work. I know my team always has my back, and we go above and beyond for our patients. I've also never had a problem going to upper management with an issue, they've always listened and try to come to a resolution.

      Inconvénients

      There are moments that can get overwhelming with everything that needs to get done. Depending on the position the hours can be a bit all over the place. But I know it's all in the best interest of the patients.
