Product line and process were not complicated, very little WIP or inventory needed.

Not a lot of support for developing processes but they were starting to address the issues from a corporate view when they were working with customers.

There’s not really anything “pro” about the position.

Young company or inexperienced leadership that is lazy and likes to hear themselves talk.
