Worst company to work - Avis employé Technical Analyst Coforge

I have been working with Coforge for the past 7 months, and sadly, my experience has been quite disheartening. The company offers minimal employee benefits and fails to provide adequate support during challenging times. Management is often unresponsive to employees' concerns and seems indifferent to personal circumstances. To make matters worse, they seem overly eager to deduct pay for even minor issues, creating an environment that feels unsupportive and unempathetic. Overall, it has been a disappointing experience, with little focus on employee well-being or satisfaction.
