      Avantages

      The co-workers are very good, there is no aggressive competition between them and it is a quiet place, there is usually no stress at work.

      Inconvénients

      It is almost impossible to move up in the company. For years, salaries have been frozen, there is no communication with management, and the company feels aimless.
