This has been the best place I have ever worked in a career spanning 20 years I most value that management have always treated everyone like real people, I've seen first hand how roles have been adapted due to employees personal special circumstances with family etc. They have a great anonymous feedback system which they use to drive improvements in all areas of the business. There are month long themed events where prizes can be won and a fantastic weekly Friday quiz which also has a prize of a £20 Amazon voucher or donation to charity of the winners choice. Its amazing how often we get news of a charitable donation due to some internal event. In the last year there has been much better communication from the top and we get a much greater understanding of what we are working towards. I really appreciate the values that the business holds dear. In the four years I have been here, I've had two promotions due to the way they promote from within, which I'm obviously hugely grateful for. Been an incredible place for furthering my career. I've seen numerous people benefit in the same way. When I was offered the job at Codestone I had a rival offer from another company on the same morning. I always think back to how I made the right call on that day to join Codestone. It was the best move of my career!
Inconvénients
We've had incredible refurbishments across most offices in the last year, but one of them is still lagging behind and its really noticable when you come to that office.
