Avantages
The community. It's a work environment, but you can easily make friends and feel part of the community. We work very closely to the client, so you see your ideas evolving from a discussion to a diagram and then in production (sometimes also physically in the warehouse). Those moment can make you feel proud and gives you energy. The company also covered the new tax in Romania for IT (2024). It chose to keep the salary the same for everybody that were affected by the tax change.
Inconvénients
The new office in Iasi is very small. It's has a very cozy feeling, but as more people join the company, we will not have enough space for everybody to come to the office at the same time. Some companies try very hard to make people to come to the office, at Codeless is the other way around. People want to come to the office and it will reach a point when there will not be enough desks.
