* Some great people * A great atmosphere * Varied work over lots of disciplines * Learning newer style frameworks and project structures * (previously) open to flexible working and W/L balance * (previously) very diverse hiring for varied perspectives and ideas * (possibly?) bonuses in the sales team, I'm not sure
Inconvénients
* Downsizing took away a lot of the atmosphere * Company downsizing meant everyone left now works much harder: there's more to do in less time, so it's stressful, joyless and promotes burnout * No real organisational plan to drum up business when belts tighten * Pay is on the lower end of average for the industry * Since downsizing, there are fewer opportunities for advancement * Increasing hints about a return-to-office mandate
