      No HR presence No HR director or senior HR team to query decisions or SLT or least it feels this way. Big changes for no reason Big news and decisions fill office as rumors with no HR inputs Low morale at the meantime with office mandate and high attrition and redundancy’s Low security feeling right now everyone is feeling like leaving

      - they put full trust in older people working for the company , they won't listen for any complains regarding people been working them for some time.
