No benefits at all, low salary, the contract is built in a way that even if you take days off or sickness you will lose money at the end of the month unless you work additional hours management doesn't do anything to improve or listen to the employees. this is an outsourcing company and the customer always have a lot of requirements Used to be decent company, be management replacement 2 years ago made things even worse
