So far I have not seen many cons. We all do accept the fact that we are in a start up and the work will be more than an older company. That's what I signed up for.

The work is meaningful, customer impact is very real, and there’s a strong sense of ownership across teams. Leadership is accessible, collaboration is encouraged, and Customer Success is treated as a strategic partner rather than a support function. You get a lot of exposure, autonomy, and opportunities to grow alongside the company.

Like many fast-growing companies, a lot is being built as we go. Processes, tooling, and structure are still evolving, which can be challenging at times. That said, these challenges are well recognized, openly discussed, and actively being addressed. The company is investing just as much in improving internal foundations as it is in helping customers succeed.
