Avantages
CodeMetro provides its staff a fun, casual, friendly and diverse work environment filled with opportunity for personal and professional growth. Management and staff truly care about their patrons, their responsibilities and how they contribute to the company, as well as their patron's companies. Never have I worked with so many people who are willing to bend over backwards for their customers and are ceaselessly friendly. Not once have I heard a staff member be rude to a customer, even those in the customer service department or those working with insurance companies. CodeMetro truly seeks out dedicated and competent employees who are an absolute joy to work with.
Inconvénients
As I said in the pros section, each employee is dedicated to customer satisfaction; however this can sometimes be a trying expectation. This can mean long hours and a lot of patience. Also, their coffee is sub-par.
