      I don't have any down sides. This is the best place I have ever worked. it doesn't feel like work and I'm excited to show up daily and work towards our goals.

      Avantages

      The work environment was very nice. People were very friendly and were very welcoming.

      Inconvénients

      There were times when people didn't carry their weight enough which caused bigger issues to occur. It was never major but it was noticeable enough for me to shift my attention towards filling in the gaps. There were also an issue with some of the parents of children not always being the most cooperative.
