      - I don't know why everyone saying about the flexible hour, but when I worked there if I want to take a day off, I need to send a lot of emails to approve this even if I wanna take one day off. - Small salary - Can't change any processes in your job. - Working day starting from 9 and finishing at 6 pm, you should stay there in this hours (lunch time you can go and eat everywhere).

      Avantages

      The company has a culture of independence. One is given ample freedom to choose the time of work. Work from home is available to those who have prooved that they can work independently. Code factory is not just another company, we build products to enable blind persons to use mobile phones productively.

      Inconvénients

      being a small company one may not get to work on diverse things, and almost no possibility to diversify in career.
