Avantages

-Nice office with plenty of light.

Inconvénients

- Lack of values and transparency from CEO. - When the Software Engineer position was eliminated, someone on Paternity Leave was fired, while the other engineers at same level position were moved into different position. - It seems unreal that in 2023, especially in New York City, such layoffs are occurring. The diversity of the company before and after the layoffs is like day and night.

Leadership and Values Discrepancy: There seems to be a significant gap between the values promoted by the company and those practiced, especially by the CEO. This discrepancy creates a conflicting work environment. Micro-Management Issues: The management style leans heavily towards micro-management, particularly from the director's side. This approach often hinders the autonomy and creativity of the engineering team. Lack of Authenticity in Values: The company's stated values often feel inauthentic or 'for show', leading to a lack of trust and morale among team members.
