      Alot of work Work life balance is not a thing sometimes Compensation was not great at the time, could have improved but watch out for that.

      Avantages

      Lovely team, great office facilities and location. Technically still in startup phase but run relatively well with some mature processes and management despite that. There's plenty of room for learning and growth for those looking for it. WFH model is easily one of the best you'll find in the market right now.

      Inconvénients

      Sales lead development model. Things are still workshopped out before development with a loose product mindset, but just means the pipeline will all be client-driven initiatives.
