      Avantages

      Family owned company that operates from a solid financial position. They invest optimistically in new technology and processes to remain a leader in the industry. Solid scientific and business leadership teams. Company offers competitive pay and benefits and does a lot of nice teambuilding events for employees (lunches, Worlds of Fun day, etc.). Strong focus on cultures and values. Company cares about its employees. Lots of 10+ year career employees.

      Inconvénients

      Cross functional team communication could be improved to help streamline project delivery.

      Thank you for taking time to share feedback on your experience with CRL. Hours certainly can fluctuate depending on volumes. Our goal is that these occasions are are not routine but may be necessary at times to meet our clients' needs.
