      Avantages

      Really nice people, good team environment. Some opportunities for progression if willing to travel to alternative sites. Potential for the company to go places

      Inconvénients

      At times the ambitions of the site were way above the technical and management capabilities. Some good ideas from staff at 'coal face' weren't taken seriously due to hierarchy

      Avantages

      The benefits were ok. Hours were usually pretty decent. There was decent opportunity to transfer from department to department. The job was certainly quite easy.

      Inconvénients

      Probably due to basic industry realities, job security was always tenuous. Never knew when you would show up and they would announce an entire department was being shipped to India. Pay was poor compared to other companies. Promotions based entirely on metrics, so people that scammed their call times, i.e. wouldn't answer any calls, would get promoted.
