      Compensation is best in the industry. the product is top of the line. technically one of the best places to be in

      Inconvénients

      Too many changes in teams and lack of stability. lack of visibility and communication and the managing director drives all major and minor decisions. lack of respect for individuals.

      The people are bright, interesting and motivated Industry is growing everyday Its a chance to be part of something big

      Inconvénients

      It is truly a start up so there are big highs and big lows....but the highs are bigger than the lows

      Avantages

      – My immediate boss was really great at managing expectations and conveying feedback.

      Inconvénients

      – Way too many cooks in the kitchen. Often I'd get input about my type of work from those who had zero connection to my department. – A lot of eagle-eyeing. You hired us to do our jobs, so trust us to do them.
