      -Flexible work environment -Smart people -Competitive salaries -Interesting client base

      Inconvénients

      -Questionable technology, some of it vaporware -Seem to jump from crisis to crisis -More interested in getting new clients than servicing the ones they already have -Disconnect between management vision and what is happening on the front-lines

      Avantages

      Flexible schedule Good health insurance packages Very smart, high caliber employees Upper management and board really seem to be interested in what workers have to say Relaxed working environment

      Inconvénients

      For a company of its size the processes in place can really bog down productivity. Communication from upper management is not always good.
