Avantages
A very young company with a young bunch of people. They mostly hire freshers straight out of college... Very energetic and talented
Inconvénients
Unprofessional, insecure bunch of people who want to hire experienced and talented people but don't know how to handle them and retain them. Stubborn to the core, can't handle criticism. They want to become a Google but it takes a lot to even be just .00001 percent of what Google is... N there are no such signs
