      Very sympathetic company, with generous leave policies + additional 'gifted' leave, WFH policy is very flexible, Summer Friday programme etc Great interesting work with biggest names in healthcare Great colleagues, no drama

      Steep learning curve as you learn how they work and their methods Client facing, so hours are dependent on client relationship management

      Avantages

      Good exposure for fresh grads as you will get exposure on consulting projects, overall there are some nice colleagues

      Inconvénients

      High attrition rate, very stressful environment, and tight deadlines. Heard the senior management shouting at their staff on several occasions.
