ClearPoint fits that bill for me! It is a culture open to change and growth in terms of doing new things while also maintaining a very flexible and friendly atmosphere. Managers and team leaders look for opportunities for others to grow their skills and contribute in unexpected ways. I have the opportunity to work across a number of teams and see the strong client relationships in a variety of projects. It is a pleasure to work with such talented and appreciative clients.
