Diversified Risk: We train in whatever the market needs so if solar is taking off we focus on solar. That goes with all of our products and service. Hard work is rewarded quickly with promotions and more responsibility (might be a con if you don't like to be held responsible) Everyone, especially Business Development employees, can have upside if they can help make this company a better company. I like that we can help a company find new ways to make money by expanding their services and skill sets, or help an unemployed person develop the skills to be marketable for available jobs.
Inconvénients
The days go by very quickly and you sometimes don't feel you've accomplished everything you need to so you must stay late to complete your tasks. Growing Pains: I've been here almost since the beginning so we've experienced growing pains. If you don't want to work for a very competitive young, yet growing business, this place isn't for you.
