Avantages
Bonuses are good if the house doesn't keep some of your collected money when they want to. Becareful though if you don't make their goal whatever you owe rolls over to next month. So basically if you needed 1000 in gross to hit their goal, you will have to get their goal plus that 1000. Breaks are decent and nice break area and patio.
Inconvénients
Horrible,lazy administration and management. Lots of drama on the floor at times. Favortism, office affairs, you name it. And because of this behavior, recent new rule...signed a form that stated your PTO time will be docked 1 hour if you are 1 min late, no more 5 min grace period...is that even legal. Doesn't really say a whole lot you only earn 1.3 hours of PTO per pay check. No loss there You go to HR with an issue, ignored till they find a reason to let "you" go, not the issue. Sad to say the company is ran poorly.
