Client first approach and they really not care about employees Completely messed up life in work and life balancing No stability in project work, always switching between modules Cant expect anything good in technical work You have to sacrifice your knowledge ad skills once you join here Technology is commodity here...(the worse part when you will interact in CEO session) Lots of induction and training programs conducted here...literally they force to attained irrational trainings
