      office is near beach (but small and not spacious or clean)

      Inconvénients

      family ran biz, they don't treat employees well, there are not checks and balances, upper management lies and takes advantage of employees, structure of company is based on false biz practices. NO room for advancement, especially when you out smart management. They fired me for speaking up for myself, calling out in equality and refusing to do other peoples work (the director's work)

      Avantages

      The Company has many high profile IV league universities as their clients, so the work is super rewarding. Since the company is a full-service agency with a dedicated PR, SEO, Creative, Content and Paid Media teams, when you work on a project, you have great support from other teams. My experience has been working with amazingly smart and talented and fun people. Besides the traditional perks & benefits, the company pays for each individual's education each year. You can learn from the best and get certified from prestigious universities and institutions with the expense of the company.

      Inconvénients

      Nothing Major. Like any other startup technology company, there are many unknown and unanswered questions and issues that require long hours of work to figure out the best solution. As the company grows, the office space is getting smaller so having a larger office will provide a more enjoyable envireonment.
