      Avantages

      Worked here for over 10 years, and always got my paycheck Product you can be proud of - get to create boats from ground up 7-3:30 hours which allows for getting personal things done in afternoon

      Inconvénients

      Early in the year have to work long hours because of deadlines, expect a few weeks having to work until 5.

      Avantages

      You have autonomy over what you do most of the time.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately ownership is directionless and will scope-creep projects until it becomes a critical issue. Benefits are near non-existent and pay is quite below market average. Boats are consistently delayed and production is driven by politics rather than sound decision-making processes.
