Avantages
I am working in the Pune branch of the company. The salary and benefits are good, and employees work on exciting projects. Management is approachable and open to feedback
Inconvénients
Workload can be high during busy periods, but I think this is a great opportunity to learn and grow. Handling the pressure now will help manage similar situations in the future
