      Avantages

      -Free food whenever you work -Reasonable hours

      Inconvénients

      -Rude customers (not exactly Chipotle's fault) -Very fast paced with no downtime -Pressure to be fast AND efficient which can cause a lot of anxiety especially when learning All in all, I would not recommend working here to anybody who doesn't like a challenge. If you like a laid-back atmosphere, apply elsewhere.

      Avantages

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Inconvénients

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
