Laid back and easy going. They treat you well and they're good health benefits. You can choose your hours for the most part

Inconvénients

Pay isn't the greatest. The job is repetitiv. Sometimes you have to work a lot of overtime.even if you don't want to.

Good pay, GREAT medical insurance company pays full premium for all the family low deductible company has always had great health insurance would have never left but moved out of area. worked there for 8 years Co-workers all friendly like a family environment. Owner is an extremely intelligent man.

Inconvénients

Need more restrooms for the men

Avantages

Awesome opportunities abound. I am a long term employee. If you work hard you will make lots of money. If you are a lazy person you will not succeed. We've had 100% company paid health care way before Obama. Great benefits. We are taken care of like family.

Inconvénients

Aggressive company. Fast moving. Not a good fit for everyone. If you are not a go-getter then this is not the place for you.
