      Benefits were decent. Salaries were competitive. Mid-level of management was supportive.

      Inconvénients

      Poor communication between divisions/departments. Technology was never priority. Management couldn't handle fast growth.

      Avantages

      kind of flexible on scheduling. decent pay not too stressful

      Inconvénients

      overworked with no care about your personal life they say your scheduled 8 hours but constantly 12+ hour days even though you work within their time estimates. Absolutely no reason to be efficient with your schedule and routes because they just keep adding work.
