      Nice office in central London

      Inconvénients

      - No perspective for growth: loyal, performing and long term executives who built the company are ousted at CEOs leisure to the profit of better connected lateral hires; - VERY UNFAIR employer (amends employment contracts unilaterally to employees’ detriment); - Chaotic environment without clear priorities/ excessive workload across the spectrum.

      Good salary, thats about it

      Inconvénients

      Toxic work culture, they want you to work from 6 am to 9pm. If you do not speak french or are not french you will feel like an outsider. Favoritism is big here, manager have their favorites and will feed them inbounds. Very hard to get approval to go to conferences, and there is no ROI, longer reps hold on to bigger name merchants for years even though they are not having any impact, and no one does anything about it.
