      Avantages

      Really none. The people that labor here are nice, but lack confidence to expect an appropriate work environment. The bank clients are hoping to have a sustainable solution and CheckAlt cannot deliver and very high attrition.

      Inconvénients

      It’s the worst work environment that I have seen in 25+ years in banking. The abuse and the dismissive attitude does nothing to support loyaly employees. Company on a downward spiral, employees are used, while treated poorly, then replaced.

      Avantages

      I’ve been here for quite a while, but I still love working here. Why not? The support from the management is great. I hope to work at this company for a longer time.

      Great initial compensation. Most people are great.

      Inconvénients

      Not worth the feeling that the CEO is driving the company towards a cliff on a daily basis.
