Avantages
Check Point has a Challenging environment, where you will almost certainly learn something new every day, with great coworkers. They provide meals (lunch) as a benefit, and have an excellent medical benefits program.
Inconvénients
The worst parts about working at Check Point are: The stress. Often you will need to work very hard -- put in (unpaid) overtime, and sacrifice your work life balance to stand out as a valued employee. Frequently you will be underpaid in relation to others doing the same work at different companies. There is a feeling of being treated as a cost rather than an asset; and I have witnessed quite a few co-workers leaving for substantially greater salaries at other companies.
