Avantages
Used to be a good workplace a few years back, lot of freedom to take decisions, one to one relationship with global leadership , all lost glory
Inconvénients
-lot of micro management - managers dont care how you do your job or if you struggle (dont expect help or acknowledgement) - company is expanding a lot and forgotten about employee welfare in the race - lot of politics - HRs dont care if you have any issues, no exit interview or any forum for greivance, HRs dont even show up in office (Covid excuse overused) - no welfare/training/aspiration management of employees whatsover. Go in only if you care about money, ready to work with your head down
