      Avantages

      Vele contractuele pluspunten zoals je gewend bent van een coorporate. Interessant werk en kans om invloedrijk te zijn. Ik koop aandelen in Chargepoint via het bedrijf.

      Inconvénients

      Werken in een groot bedrijf is altijd lastig qua bevoegdheden.

      Good snacks and free charging.

      Inconvénients

      Incredibly disorganized middle management. Middle management is always vying for more "power" creates a turf war situation between the different teams. Projects are constantly bouncing from "highest priority" to "no longer working on it at all and abandoned the idea entirely". One is expected to work very long hours for not good comparable industry pay. No 401k match. Poor stock refreshers, particularly when you look at the stocks performance.
