      Compassion and employee wellbeing are at the core of everything at CS and not just in words. Unlimited leave and every 4th Friday off in summer are truely life improving perks. There is an also a strong culture of growth and learning making it a great place to start your web3 career.

      Inconvénients

      Culture can be quite different between teams so individual experiences might be different. Feels like the company is still finding its fit as it moves from consulting focus to product focus

      The learning curve is good.

      Inconvénients

      people on higher level play politics and get more promotions without making any impact on project and without doing enough work. while people on lower level would struggle to get the promotion and salary hike
