      Avantages

      There are no restrictions. You can do whatever you want. You can wear a mask or not. You can keep distance or not. You can get vaccine or not. You can cough on people or not. You can come in sick with a fever or not.

      Inconvénients

      Outbreaks, outbreaks, outbreaks everywhere. If you want to get sick, this is the place to be. CEO ordered every one into the office during Delta wave, after working from home for a year. Then he cut sick days, increase cost of health care. This is pushing out or killing off a lot of old timers. The experienced but expensive people are replaced by cheap, new hires who do not know what they are doing. They make a lot of mistakes, wastes resources. Turnover is through the roof. Morale is at historical low.

      Avantages

      Great coworkers and a place to gain experience in a fast paced environment.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership needs work. They don't take into account things that would improve their workers lives. They like to point fingers instead of taking accountability. Turnover is high with new classes having to come in every year due to people looking for better opportunities. Very little movement to other departments. Bonus structure is among the lowest in the industry.
