Avantages
After more than 15 years of working here, and working in corporate environments, and smaller companies, this is the ideal workplace. There is no company politics and no backstabbing,. You have the luxury to choose some of what you do and the the tools you would like. I have never been refused the cost of hardware of software I felt that I needed for the work I do. You have to be a self starter and not be afraid to try new things. The compensation is really spectacular. This company really understands the importance of it's people. The insurance benefits are above average in the industry. Breakfast and lunch is catered 5 days a week, a open and well stocked free kitchen. The cost of your home internet is covered and working from home is not discouraged.
Inconvénients
Not really a con but, the hours are a bit too flexible. Some people come in around 10 AM, and some around 8 AM. Some work in the office 5 or 6 hours a day and the rest of the time at home. You do sometimes have to work extra and on weekends depending on what you do.
