Pay, small company that cares about their customers as a whole, speaks with customers personally, no automated systems, cares about employees as a whole as well

Inconvénients

Store level sales trump customer service, in order to make good money tricking customers to buy something is the method

Avantages

It is a very easy going work environment as far as sales is concerned. The company goes out of its way to take care of its employees and customers. I really enjoy the fact that they give me the tools to be able to help customers with problems without needing managements approval. I am able to work independently without someone overshadowing everything that I am doing.

Inconvénients

All sales jobs can be stressful from time to time. The company lacks the latest in technology and I am constantly having issues with my computer not functioning properly. The set up is not clear on who to contact when needing guidance with something from other departments leading to multiple calls and wasted time.
