      Avantages

      I was part of this very dedicated team trying to do right by the customer. Learnt a lot in my time there. I've been with a few other teams and I never saw the level of dedication the Catsy team had. What I liked the most was that this team took my feedback seriously and was ready for criticism. And decisions were based on their experience and data. When the user input evolved, they also changed the application by introducing new modules and new functionality for specific users.

      Inconvénients

      Nothing much to complain, but the product was evolving a little too quickly and documentation was a step behind. Plan your releases a little better.

      Avantages

      Technology is a bit fast paced and it can get a bit overwhelming in the beginning. But, I was given access to folks on the team who helped me gain better understanding of the moving pieces.

      Avantages

      It is a fast paced work environment where everything you do will have an impact. You are given a lot of responsibility early on so you have the opportunity to learn quickly. Everyone in the office is working together to accomplish a common goal rather than getting involved with office politics like my previous job. If you have an opinion people will listen and your idea may actually be implemented regardless of how junior you are. All in all, it is an exciting place to work.

      Inconvénients

      The work days are longer than a normal 9-5. You might be asked to do something you don't have a ton of experience in and your responsibilities may change every year. For me, that type of environment is great but if you want an environment that is never changing or exciting/stressful Catsy might not be the place for you.
