Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate your perspective and agree that we have some really great resources driving our business forward. We are pleased to know that you appreciate and recognize that we strive to stay competitive with our benefits and compensation.
Atmosphere was great and so we're the people. The willingness to help was always put out there, and the support from teammates was always there...but with caveats. Supper smart people who really know the product and industry. It's unfortunate that we had to part ways.
Inconvénients
Working remote was a huge challenge for a few reasons. Onboarding a new employee had no real structure to it. Support from teammates was always based on billable hours (the caveat mentioned above). If the teammate didn't have any billable hours to book towards the project, the support given was very minimal. Processes were all over the place in how things should be done. The whole "too many hands in the cookie jar" saying rang so true, in that project managers would play the middle man for client and OVER project manage. Billable hours were high but actual client work towards those hours was extremely low.
