      Avantages

      - I can call the CEO at any time and he will almost always pick up and answer any question I have. If he misses my call I get a response within an hour or two. - Never had a bad experience with anyone working for the company or any of the company's clients. - Unbelievable benefits (20% 401k (no match required) and full medical benefits with a 3K hsa). - Gave me time to do my job well rather than rushing a product. - Genuine personal relationship with the CEO. - Interesting and meaningful work. - Pay is very very good. - Flexible hours.

      Inconvénients

      - Onboarding process took a long time

      The provided life insurance policy just isn't enough. I needed to purchase a separate policy to keep my family covered.
