      Friendly environment, lots of people there to help you. They let you consider new career opportunities within the company.

      Inconvénients

      It can get fast-paced and you need to show independent thinking to keep up.

      Avantages

      Small company with friendly people who work hard and are proud of their product. Nice touches like birthday cakes and Christmas gifts from the CEO.

      Inconvénients

      As you would expect with a small company there are limited career paths and training is a bit haphazard but they do try their best. It's fine if you are a self-starter but not the place for you if you prefer to be spoon fed.
