Avantages
-Over the past two years, I have seen monumental changes lead by the Exec team, and followed through by many of the leaders at CUSA. Morale has done a complete 180. Employee concerns are not only being heard and acknowledged, but are acted upon and continuously reviewed and monitored to ensure we are doing whats best for the organization and the teams and individuals that support it. -Many G&A side employees get the opportunity to experience trade shows and conferences; having a chance to see first hand how the work we all collectively do is received by the fans and players. -Focus on training and development for employees has had a huge impact. CUSA does not only hold company wide training opportunities, but allows employees to seek out training they feel interested in, that will help develop skills crucial to their jobs. More and more people are taking the initiative to seek out training and seminars to further their careers, and develop skills required to get them to the next level; which is supported by their respective department heads and executive management.
Inconvénients
Sometimes people can get stuck focusing on the negative instead of finding a solution, or looking for the positives in their situations. There is still work to be done and changes to be made to processes and the relationship with HQ, but I feel confident that it has been made a priority and there has been a lot of movement in the right direction.
