We are appreciative of the feedback left, as we always look to improve as an organization and for our people. Thank you for noting that the team was nice and the environment active. While we're glad to know that you were with us for a month, we know we did not have 10 people leave our company in that duration of time. While turnover is common in sales, we work to manage ours by focusing on hiring the right people. We offer an optional benefits plan but that is only available after 90 days employment with the company. If this was not properly explained during orientation, we apologize for the miscommunication. You are correct in that we do not pay for our team member's lunches but going out to eat every day is excessive. That seems like a personal choice. Believe it or not, we do think everyone is special or else we wouldn't hire them. Part of developing people is building up their self-confidence and helping them see their talents and abilities. We're sorry we don't share the same viewpoint that everyone shouldn't be made to feel special. Our strategy for hiring and developing better business leaders works, so we will stick with it. Everyone is important in the company, undoubtedly, but there are some people who's performance allows them greater responsibility and influence in the company. This is normal for any organization. All in all, we appreciate the feedback and wish you luck in your future endeavors.
