Experience and the money if you don't consider the amount of hours that you're working.

Inconvénients

They lie to you about what you do. This isn't a marking firm. It is door to door sales. Each quarter it can be something diffent. I started in April 2017 and May was my last month. I got tried of it. Its cold door to door sales. I hope this review stays up because they take them down or write fake ones. If you got an interview from them hear me out. You make a little over $100 for each phone line you open. My first month I made 3K after taxes after taking out gas and calculating the 60 hours a week I was putting in, I was making around $15 an hour. That's a joke.

Hey, Reviewer! We appreciate the time you took to share your experience, and of course the one month you were employed with our firm. It saddens us that you did not leave with better feedback, and we welcome you to contact our Human Resources Department if you feel there are any unanswered questions still lingering. To address a few of your comments, Campaign Development Corporation is a direct marketing and sales firm that operates on behalf of TMobile. Direct marketing defined is the business of selling products or services through targeted campaigns, and our client has been and will remain as TMobile - it does not change. We apologize if it was not transparent throughout the interview process that direct marketing means sales, but one would think that the full-day job shadowing prior to accepting employment would have provided full clarity. Lastly, pay is mentioned as a pro, and then as a con. We see it as a benefit to be able to dictate our income, but understand if the position was not a long-term fit for you. All in all, we wish you the best of luck and hope you have found something better suited. PS - Glassdoor doesn't allow employers to remove reviews or write fake ones. Don't you think we would have more than just your review if it was possible? ;) Sincerely, Campaign Development Corporation Management Team

People are nice. They try to make mornings very active

-I worked here for 3 weeks-1 month and I saw 10 people quit in this time. -There are ZERO benefits. You have to pay for your gas (territories are often almost an hour away), no health insurance, no dental nor eye insurance, no 401 K, no PTO, no lunches (you have to eat at restaurants everyday) -You work from 7:30 am to the hour that the boss wants you to work for. Sometimes is more than 12 hours at the field. -100% commission and the average of sales you close per week are 3. -If you don`t close 3 sales from Monday through Friday, you MUST work on Saturdays. -They use the same scrip for hiring people. Mike would talk with you and tell you that you are amazing and that he would not pass your resume to corporate because he has the power to decide if you can work for them. And then you are offered the job on the spot (after the second interview) -They play favorites on some people and make decisions based on what these think and not on what is established by the company. -You go to businesses without them expecting you. So yes, people are going to hate you as soon as you enter in job places.

Reviewer, We are appreciative of the feedback left, as we always look to improve as an organization and for our people. Thank you for noting that the team was nice and the environment active. While we're glad to know that you were with us for a month, we know we did not have 10 people leave our company in that duration of time. While turnover is common in sales, we work to manage ours by focusing on hiring the right people. We offer an optional benefits plan but that is only available after 90 days employment with the company. If this was not properly explained during orientation, we apologize for the miscommunication. You are correct in that we do not pay for our team member's lunches but going out to eat every day is excessive. That seems like a personal choice. Believe it or not, we do think everyone is special or else we wouldn't hire them. Part of developing people is building up their self-confidence and helping them see their talents and abilities. We're sorry we don't share the same viewpoint that everyone shouldn't be made to feel special. Our strategy for hiring and developing better business leaders works, so we will stick with it. Everyone is important in the company, undoubtedly, but there are some people who's performance allows them greater responsibility and influence in the company. This is normal for any organization. All in all, we appreciate the feedback and wish you luck in your future endeavors. Sincerely, Campaign Development Corp Management Team
