Avantages
I have worked at Call One for 1 year now and this has been one of my best employment experiences in my career. I certainly don't think the company is perfect, however, the people are good folks, who are working hard every day to do the right things for our customers and do them better than the competition. I see some of the negative reviews and quite honestly wonder who they are talking about. My VP is an amazing guy and the executive leadership is talented across the board. We are on a growth track and investing in new technology automation to make our customer and partner experience the best in the industry. The company has a great culture, including a "give-back" committee where we raise money throughout the year for a specific organization. We have monthly employee activity nights out (Axe Throwing was awesome). We have a diversity committee focused on helping all of us to be more inclusive in our work environment. And we raffle off Cubbies and Sox tickets almost every week. The benefits are great, and the focus on training and helping the employees expand their knowledge is really awesome.
Inconvénients
I admit that I have only been here a year, but the talent I have seen this group bring in to help us grow is stellar. Worklaod can be tough sometimes, but not unbearable.
