Avantages

I have worked at Call Control for less than a year and it has already been the best employer I have ever worked for. At Call Control you are family, and you are treated with nothing but respect from your co-workers as well as the owner's of the company, Blu and Zach. It is not your average call center where there are 100 other agents and you are treated like just another face in the crowd. At Call Control you really are a part of the Call Control Family and everyone takes care of each other. I look forward to going into work every single day and I consider myself lucky to be able to grow with the company.

Inconvénients

You are on the phone following up with customer's majority of the day and sometimes you run into difficult and angry customer's that are hard to deal with.

Nothing good about this company

Inconvénients

-They rave that you aren't just a number but come to find out you really are whenever they pull your calls to audit. They see you as your agent number. -They treat you like your a damn robot whenever you are working🤖 -The hourly isn't enough
